1. Stable at room temperature and pressure, avoiding dampness and high temperatures

Without a melting point, it slowly decomposes above 450 ℃ and directly becomes a gas. At 327 ℃, the mechanical strength suddenly disappears. Insoluble in any solvent. Except for reacting with molten alkali metals, it is not corroded by any substance, and there is no change even when hydrofluoric acid, golden water, or fuming sulfuric acid, or sodium hydroxide boils.

2. It has good chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubricity, non adhesion, electrical insulation, and good aging resistance. High temperature resistance, working temperature up to 250 ℃. Low temperature resistance, PTFE has good mechanical toughness at low temperatures, and can maintain an elongation of 5% even when the temperature drops to -196 ℃. Corrosion resistant, inert to most chemicals and solvents, strong acids and alkalis, water, and various organic solvents. Good weather resistance, PTFE has a long plastic aging life. High lubrication is a very low coefficient of friction for solid materials. Non adhesion is a small surface tension in solid materials that does not adhere to any substance. It is non-toxic, has physiological inertia, and has no adverse reactions after long-term implantation as an artificial blood vessel and organ in the body.
